Lawrence is a veteran of the insurance and financial planning industry. During his career since 1977 Lawrence has been an active participant in the local and national community of financial professionals through his service and membership to The Society of Financial Service Professionals, The Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin Counties and the Professional Advisors Committee for the Boca Raton Community Hospital Foundation.Lawrence is proud of being an eagle scout, In addition to his BA and Accounting Major in Business Administration from Ohio University, he also has an Advanced Degree in Banking and has continued to expand his knowledge of insurance and financial planning by earning his designation as a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) from the American College. He founded his independent agency in 1984. Lawrence is an Investment Advisor Representative (Series 6 and 65); Life, Health, Variable Annuity, Property and Casualty Licensed.

Bill Katab

Bill brings over 20 years of experience in the insurance field as an underwriter and as a senior broker and risk management consultant. He graduated from J.B. Tobin Business School's Risk Management and Insurance division at St. John's University in NYC. After time in New York, London and the Middle East with the world's largest brokers (Marsh and J&H) Bill relocated to South Florida. Bill has established employee benefit operations that have grown to become regional leaders with measurable results. He has set up risk management committees for clients focusing on direct and indirect Employee Benefit exposures which included the reinsurance placement. Bill has assisted and reversed well over $1,000,000 in rejected claims for his clients.

Janis Silver

Janis is the Administrative Assistant for our Registered Representatives and Financial Advisors of Cambridge Investment Research, Inc., a BrokerDealer for securities accounts. She is also the head of our Agency's Accounting Department. Janis handles insurance licenses, contracting, payroll and accounts payables/receivables. She attended Syracuse University.

As part owner of the Agency she decided to join the iiMore team as their bookkeeper in 2005 when their bookkeeper left. Before that she owned a tropical plant nursery, sold it then became owner of a restaurant. After a few years she returned to the tropical plant industry as Operations Manager at one of the locations. After it closed she went into Wholesale Sales at another location. It also closed so she did Sales for an absorbent company. It later moved so Janis joined her husband at iiMore.

Elizabeth Licata

Elizabeth is the Agency Office Manager and Licensed Insurance Agent . She handles Health, Medicare and Life Insurance for the agency.

Elizabeth has 20 years experience with Office Management, Customer Service, Sales and Recruitment. She joined the iiMore team in 2014.

Before her insurance career, Elizabeth's son was diagnosed with several brain tumors when he was 4 years old. He underwent 2 years of chemo therapy and has been in remission since then. Due to the tumors, he is blind in his left eye. Her son's excessive doctor & surgery history throughout the years led her to the Insurance Industry. Elizabeth is very much a family-oriented person and enjoys a variety of volunteer work with churches, hospitals and within her community.

Jay Hasson

Jay Hasson is a Registered Representative and an Investment Advisor Representative (Series 6,63, and 65) As well as holding a series 7 license. He is presently licensed in 24 states. He also holds a Life, Health, and Variable Annuity license. He started his career in 2006 working on crafting individual retirement plans and insurance with the Faculty and Staff at the University of Central Florida. He’s known for his trusted dedication to the highest level of professionalism, knowledge, and expertise. As a Financial Advisor Jay is committed to helping his clients pursue their goals and lifetime dreams by bringing sound financial knowledge and trustworthy advice to a lasting relationship with each individual, business, and clients he serves. He enjoys traveling and seeing his mother in Israel whenever he has the opportunity. He also enjoys the gym, racquetball, and riding his mountain bike, and enjoys the Florida outdoors and beaches whenever he can.

Jeri has been a licensed insurance agent in the life and health fields since 2009. When she joined this Agency in 2016 she took over the Group Health and Employee Benefits Division. She specializes in working closely with the clients to get them the best coverage for their needs. She then services those clients to assure their continued happiness with their decision.

Amanda Carter

Amanda helps manage the Medicare and Individual Health Insurance department for our agency. She has been growing with IIMORE since 2018 and strives to provide the best customer service and expertise to everyone she helps. Amanda is a graduate of Palm Beach State College, and her goal is to make a career in the Insurance Industry. She is a loving and fun individual who has a love for art, music, and fast cars. She also enjoys traveling to see new places with her fiancé, friends & family.

Ian Seskis

Ian Seskis is a group health insurance consultant. After acquiring a degree at Palm Beach State College, he spent some time working for an art dealer, and went on to obtain his Universal HVAC certification. After some time, he became drawn to the insurance industry, and would join the IIMORE team. Ian is a detail-oriented person who enjoys working with and helping others. On a personal level, he is passionate about art, and in his spare time he enjoys visiting local nature preserves.

May 23, 1937 - October 23, 2016

David R. Goldberg, CLU, ChFC

Mr. Goldberg was involved in both public and private real estate and business ventures since 1971.Mr. Goldberg owned and managed Richard Stanford Realty. This Real Estate management Company owned and managed apartment buildings successfully until Mr. Goldberg sold the properties and moved to Florida in 1977.

In Florida, 1984, Mr. Goldberg started 14.478 Acres Associates, LTD. (A Florida Limited Partnership) to own and manage a 15-Acre site in Coconut Creek, Florida. As General Partner, Mr. Goldberg managed a working horse ranch and shopping center on State Road #7. At this time, the property has been successfully platted and zoned and has appreciated 8 times over 175 original price with no mortgage at the time.

Mr. Goldberg also provided many client investors with his expertise of pension and IRA programs. He has directed millions of investor dollars for industrial real estate managers who managed over a billion dollars of industrial and commercial real estate nationally.

David partnered with Lawrence Silver in 2003. David opened M&M Asphalt with his sons in 2015. David also wrote a book titled Amazing Jewish Heros in 2017. He and his wife Jane we married 30 years and had 3 beautiful children.

November 21, 1925 – July 17, 2011

Fred Mindt

After retiring from a successful career as an Electrical Engineer for Westinghouse Corporation in Raleigh NC, Fred retired to Boca Raton FL with his wife Lily. There he embarked on a new occupation as an Insurance Advisor and establish a large clientele of Business Owners.

When he decided to retire from that career, he asked his industry friend, Lawrence Silver, to work with him jointly with his clients for a period of years. After his clients had become well acquainted with his partner Lawrence, Fred then fully retired and eventually moved to New Smyrna Beach FL. He and Lily traveled the country and fully enjoyed their last years together.

Stanley "Stan" Silk

Stan joined iiMore in 2014. He had 56 years in the Life Insurance industry. Former VP- Advanced Underwriting/Pensions for William Penn Life of New York. Former member of The American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) Owner of The Silk Agency, Inc in New York City for 30 years.

Stan fought a very long battle with stomach cancer and our office had the pleasure of working with him until his final days. Stan was not only our co-worker, but our friend that we called our office resident comedian. He was an impeccable artist and had a love for doo-wop music. He is missed daily.
